The one-room studio of the ground floor measures 35m² and has a balcony with garden view. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed (2×80), ideal for accommodating a third guest. The rooms and premises are cleaned and sanitized daily, the towels are changed on a daily basis and the sheets, pillow cases but also the bath robes are changed every 2 days.
