The one-room studio of the first floor measures 35m² and has a balcony with partial sea view. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed (2×80), ideal for accommodating a third guest. There is daily cleaning service. The rooms and premises are cleaned and sanitized daily, the towels are changed on a daily basis and the sheets, pillow cases but also the bath robes are changed every 2 days.
